Creekside Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not directly bill insurance. Payment is collected at the time of each session. If you have insurance, you may request a Superbill from us after your session, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan, and Creekside cannot guarantee coverage.
